ECO2LEC carried out the full electrical design of a 250k sqft prospective build warehouse unit. 

Final electrical installation on the site consisted of:  

Ground Floor: Reception Feature Wall Lighting, Kitchenette And Accessible Shower Room/Toilet. 

First Floor: Circulation Area, Accessible Shower Room, Escape Stair.  

Second Floor: Circulation Area, Accessible Shower Room, Escape Stair. 

Roof Access Lighting. 

Hub Office Circulation Area Lighting And Power. 

ECO2LEC installed the following services; 

HV electrical installation. Internal intelligent Bluetooth controlled LED lighting with daylight dimming to the reception area and occupancy sensored fittings to the toilets and circulation spaces. 

Small power installations to kitchenette, reception and circulation spaces. 

L1 fire detection systems to the circulation spaces. 

Disabled refuge system. 

Emergency lighting provisions to the circulation spaces. 

Dock leveller supplies. 

Building mounted external lighting covering the full perimeter of the buildings. 

Loading yard & car park lighting. 

EV Chargers throughout the carpark.
