Towergate House is a self-contained office building, over two floors, the building has a vaulted reception on ground floor, leading into two separate wings, and a staircase to first floor level. The wings share kitchen, breakout area and toilet facilities.
ECO2LEC carried out a full LED lighting upgrade throughout and installed a new DADO trunking system for small power and future data installation as well as A/C supplies.
