Park Royal Works, Park Royal - Office Refurbishment

ECO2LEC LTD carried out the electrical element of the refurbishment works carried out on the second floor of Park Royal Works, Park Royal. 

The second floor was stripped out in its entirety to make way for 11 office units of varying sizes, communal toilet block & kitchenette. 

From the intake out, ECO2LEC designed and installed; power distribution & metering, small power, LED lighting, fire alarm, & data infrastructure. We carried out the installation of electric heating to communal areas and mechanical wiring for hot water & A/C services. 

Exposed containment systems were installed throughout using tray through the communal areas to service the units high level and galvanised metal two compartment skirting trunking around the perimeter of each unit for small power & data provisions.
