Lloyds Avenue, Central London - Office Refurbishment

ECO2LEC LTD were tasked with the strip-out and reinstatement of fifteen office units in central London. Over a span of 28 weeks the units were stripped to a bare shell and exposed containment systems installed to the ceilings to give an industrial touch. Lighting design carried out in house, the LED suspended panels offer a uniform finish throughout the units. Each office also contained a kitchenette with electric water heater. 

Full office refurbishments including; small power, lighting, data and fire alarm. 

All the works were carried out within a functioning office block with minimal disruption to existing tenants.
