ECO2LEC LTD were tasked with the complete electrical strip out, design and reinstatement of this five floor office block to create 29 independent office units. All electrical services throughout from intake up were catered for; power distribution, small power, mechanical supplies, lighting, fire alarm, disabled refuge, CCTV, door access and data infrastructure across four office floors, communal toilet blocks, reception area, wet room & cafe.
