Baden Place, Central London - Office Refurbishment

ECO2LEC LTD were tasked with the strip-out and reinstatement of five office units in the heart of London. Over a span of 26 weeks the units were stripped to a bare shell and exposed containment systems installed to give an industrial finish. Lighting design carried out in house, the LED suspended panels offer a uniform finish throughout the units. Each office also contained a kitchenette with electric water heater and toilet blocks with extract and hand dryers. 

Full office refurbishments including; small power, lighting, data and fire alarm.
