ECO2LEC carried out the full electrical design and installation of four prospective build warehouse units.

Each unit consisted of:

Ground Floor: Reception With Feature Wall Lighting, Kitchenette And Accessible Shower Room/Toilet.

First Floor: Open Area Office Space, Breakout Space With Kitchenette, Meeting Room, Circulation Area, Toilet Block, Cleaners Store And Accessible Toilet (Unit 5 Complete With Carbon Copy Second Floor).

ECO2LEC installed the following services;

HV electrical installation. Internal intelligent Bluetooth controlled LED lighting with daylight dimming throughout the office areas, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and receptions with occupancy sensored fittings to the toilets and circulation spaces.

Small power installations in the form of floor boxes throughout the office areas.

L1 fire detection systems to the offices and warehouses.

Disabled refuge systems.

Emergency lighting provisions to the warehouses.

Dock leveller supplies.

Building mounted external lighting covering the full perimeter of the buildings.

Loading yard & car park lighting.

EV Chargers across the site.

PV systems to each of the buildings.
