Each unit consisted of:

Small power installations in the form of floor boxes throughout the office areas.

Emergency lighting provisions to the warehouses. 
Dock leveller supplies. 
Building mounted external lighting covering the full perimeter of the buildings. 
Loading yard & car park lighting. 
EV Chargers across the site. 
PV systems to each of the buildings.
